As International Women’s Day approaches, Ecolab is proud to celebrate the many women whose contributions drive the company’s achievements and global impact. Ecolab thrives when it attracts, develops and promotes capable teams — and leaders who embrace this mindset are crucial to developing and maintaining the inclusive culture celebrated at Ecolab.

This year, the theme of International Women’s Day is “Accelerate Action” — a mantra that leaders at Ecolab strive to put into practice each day. Some of the results include creating flexible working arrangements for employees, strengthening professional development resources and diversifying candidate pools to ensure we identify and select the most qualified associates.

Ecolab is excited to introduce the Leaders Who Make An Impact (LWMAI) program, led by E3, the employee resource group (ERG) supporting global leadership development. This program honors individuals who foster meaningful change through inclusive leadership. Over the nearly five years since its inception, more than 100 leaders have been recognized globally. Nominated by ERG leaders and selected by ERG members worldwide, LWMAI honorees exemplify leadership that drives business success and cultivates an inclusive environment. By recognizing and celebrating these leaders, Ecolab aims to inspire others to follow their example, thereby strengthening its commitment to fostering a multifaceted and high-performing team.

Ecolab's ERGs also play a vital role in strengthening the pipeline of talent for leadership roles. For example, E3 is open to all associates and provides a forum for women and allies to gather and network. The group enhances Ecolab’s recruitment, development and retention of employees by offering professional development resources, mentorship and networking opportunities for all.
