Training & Development

Our objective is on-the-job competency. All Nalco Champion sales and service personnel are assigned safety, technical or account management training related to their role and job responsibilities. For highly specialized roles, we offer intensive training programs that combine coursework, fieldwork and mentoring into focused 12 month+ university experiences.
